Hi, I’m Molly.
Graduating from the University of Texas with a Kinesiology degree, I have spent the last 5 years training real-life clients and working on my own strength training journey. I have been a bodybuilder, a runner, and now I am focused on longevity and looks that are sustainable. I focus on science-based training with all of my clients. But the thing that actually builds my clients’ glutes is not the science, it is having a plan they can stick to and someone keeping them honest.
