Enter your daily calorie and macro targets from Everfit at the top. Set “Cooking For” to how many people you’re feeding — this scales your grocery list.

Browse & filter recipes
Use the search bar and filter button to find recipes that fit your diet, time, and cuisine preferences.

Add recipes to your week
Click “+ Add to Plan” on any recipe, then pick which days and meal type. Switch to the Weekly Planner tab to see your full week laid out.

Grab your grocery list
Your grocery list auto-generates as you add meals — ingredients are combined, scaled to your servings, and rounded up so you never under-buy.
